and Motivation

There are two ways to be inspired: Extrinsically – An external source such as a coach, teacher, or trainer rooting you on and pushing you to succeed even beyond what you think you are capable of. Intrinsically – An internal source, yourself. How you talk to yourself, how you see yourself, etc. I implement both techniques because both have a role to play. When we workout, I will use positive motivation to overcome your obstacles. When you leave our sessions, you will feel good inside due to your accomplishments giving you the ability to support yourself and stay the course until we meet again. The end goal for me, is to help you be intrinsically motivated so no matter where you go or what you are doing you will always feel good about who you are, how you look, and how you feel because at the end of the day, you are the only one that matters.
