My story

I learned early in life that if I wanted to be in shape, I would have to find fun and creative ways to train.  Sometimes, I would be in the gym, playing sports or doing yoga, others I would be preparing for a mud run, triathlon, or studying a martial art.  One of my favorites is hiking with my dogs.  If I didn’t find joy in what I was doing, I wouldn’t do it. Instead of me barking out commands and forcing you to “grind”, why not just have fun in your movement to achieve your fitness goals?  It just makes sense, right?

When you like what you are doing, you will keep doing it. That is how you create sustainability.  It becomes your lifestyle.  That is what I want for you.  Long-term healthy living.
